Attitude

Your tendency to like or dislike something is called an attitude.

We develop attitudes from the judgments we make and we do make thousands of judgments.  Since our judgments and attitudes color our emotions and sway our perspective it is beneficial to Well-Being to understand them.

The most effective way to do this is through the practice of Mindfulness.
