Motivation

Motivation is the force that drives us into action toward the things we want and away from the things we don’t want.

The main elements of are Desire, Intention, and Energy. Desire (or aversion) provides the direction and idea behind the motivation. Intention is an idea of the action needed for a particular outcome plus an anticipation of that action. Energy is the power behind any action we take.

For us to feel motivation we need all three of these.
